Interoception: Feeling Your Inner Feels.
A gentle live webinar for neurodivergent adults, parents and carers of neurodivergent people.
Interoception is how we sense our internal world – hunger, thirst, emotions, pain, tension and capacity.
For many neurodivergent people, especially those with trauma histories or long term masking, these signals can be missed, misread or only noticed once everything feels overwhelming.
In this session Jodie Isitt will explore what interoception is, why it’s often disrupted and how this impacts emotional regulation, wellbeing and parenting.
You’ll be introduced to simple, compassionate tools to rebuild connection with the body – without pressure, fixing or forcing.
This is a calm, supportive space designed to help you better understand what your body (and your child’s body) may be trying to communicate.
