OUR ROOMS
The Nook will have four sections dedicated to enhancing you understanding of our Neurodivergence, whilst giving you opportunities to immerse yourself in videos that are sure to replenish your dwindling “spoon” supply and when you are feeling low, struggling with the day, overwhelmed with life itself, you can head to The Spoonie Room and indulge in all the goodness and nurture your heart can take.
The place for info dumping in a nurturing, educational format delivered in a variety of ways, including short bitesize series, longer webinars and interviews hosted by Jodie Isitt, Founder of The Nurture Programme.
All the content in this section will be educative, informative and nurturing, guiding our members through personal experience, including trauma. Our more intense videos will be clearly identifiable using a "spoon System" as a trigger warning to allow you to choose sections based on your own spoon supply and levels of emotional energy.

You will find recordings of our most loved and popular programmes here in The Nurture Ship, where over 1500 people so far have attended and learned from our experiences of ADHD, PDA, autism and Anxiety.
We also have our founding programme The Nurturing Advocacy Programme accessible to you for whenever you may need a little guidance, support and validation. Our advocacy programme aims to break down your learnt advocacy skills and build them back up so that they can be used successfully, for maximum benefit.
The Spoonie Room is where to go when you are feeling lost, low on spoons, fragile, and just need someone, and somewhere to pick you up and slowly replenish your spoon level.
This section in The Nook will consist of interview, informal chats with other amazing neurodivergent people and webinars designed to improve and aid your mental wellbeing, from sofa chats to more practical guides to enable you moments of peace, reflection and the ability to connect on a personal level with those you have come to share this journey with.
