
yes, I am going to start with that because you are here, and that means we are one more person, professional, carer, human being closer to making the spaces that neurodivergent people learn, work or live in, safe. Safe for them to be Authentic. Safe for them to live without fear or judgment, or anxiety about whether or not they are accepted, confident that their uniqueness is understood and that they are valued as equal contributors to society.
This space is your safe space and has been developed with the knowledge that often professionals don’t have the learning environments where they are able to ask questions honestly and make mistakes freely whilst having compassionate, honest and valuable discussions that centre neurodivergent voices respectfully.
We want to connect. We want to share. We want to help the next generations thrive whilst protecting them from the trauma we have experienced. That may sometimes bring about difficult conversations where you may feel challenged in your practice, this is a good thing, because with challenge comes change.
